Our latest expansion is complete! Another 2000 sq. ft. to do work!!! Our new room will serve all of our group coaching classes and extra space to train in. We have added a nice section of turf to the mix as well. Get ready for the sleds people! Treadmills and stairmasters have been moved into the new area opening up the rest of the gym. Results Fitness Expansion: Complete
