New Group Training Schedule Effective Feb. 2

Here is the new schedule for group training sessions:
Monday: 5:45am, 8:30am, 12:00pm, 7:30pm
Tuesday: 12:00pm, 6:00pm
Wednesday: 7:30pm
Thursday: 5:45am, 8:30am, 12:00pm
Friday: 5:45am

These sessions are incredibly fun and effective! Check it out!
